Unfortunately this link is not permanent and since my last post we had a new release. We have an offline installer of JustDecompile. Download for free now. Please let us know in case any further assistance is needed. I tried the download, only lead to unified downloader which installs the normal version.

Not directly, but JustCode does provide native decompiling in the Visual Studio environment.

We're working on improving this and the task is in progress. The JustDecompile tool as a full-blown solution continues to be free and distributed through the Telerik site only. While you get the ability to add features and fixes you want or need, you also can leverage the contribution of the community to get an even better.
